We created the medium-feel Visco Flex mattress to provide a supportive yet plush option for sore sleepers. Doing so required quite a bit of research and development. Our final design integrates multiple foam comfort layers to balance the firmness of the visco foam layer.

How long is the warranty on the Visco Flex mattress?
The Yinahla Visco Flex mattress has a 20-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- User negligence, misuse or abuse
- Manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the performance of the bed
- Customer preference issues
- Handle damage; they are not designed to lift, turn or move the mattress
How do I take care of a visco memory foam mattress?

To promote even wear and maintain consistent comfort, rotate your mattress head to toe twice during the first month of ownership, then once every month thereafter. As a single-sided mattress, it is designed to be rotated rather than flipped.

3. Choose a Suitable, Supportive Bed Base
The right foundation is essential to supporting your mattress and maintaining its intended performance. We recommend pairing your mattress with a supportive bed base for a well-supported and comfortable sleep experience.

We offer complimentary White Glove delivery to eligible metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth.
Your mattress will be delivered directly to your room of choice, professionally unpacked and positioned, with all packaging removed for a seamless delivery experience.

Every Yinahla mattress is crafted to order with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow approximately 3 business days for manufacturing and dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Melbourne Metro: Within 3 business days
- Sydney, Adelaide & Canberra Metro: Within 14 business days
- Perth Metro: Within 21 business days
