At Sanctum Sleep, we believe exceptional sleep is a personal experience. That is why all mattresses sold by Sanctum Sleep come with a 150 night trial, giving you the opportunity to experience your mattress in the comfort of your own home.
Should your mattress not meet your expectations during the eligible trial period, you may exchange it for another mattress from our collection or return it for a full refund. We recommend allowing at least 14 nights for your body to adjust to your new mattress before deciding whether an exchange is right for you.
A Thoughtful Approach to Every Return
Our commitment to comfort extends beyond your home. Every mattress returned through our 150 night trial is donated to our charity partner, The Salvation Army (Salvos), helping provide a second life for your mattress and support those in need.
Complimentary return collection is available throughout metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. For customers outside these areas, we will endeavour to locate a suitable charity in your local community to collect the mattress. Should this not be possible, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transporting the mattress to a suitable charity or a nominated depot in your nearest metropolitan area.
Preserving the Quality of Your Mattress
As all trial returns are donated to charity, mattresses must be returned in as-new condition, free from damage, stains, marks, tears or rips. To help preserve the condition of your mattress throughout the trial, we strongly recommend using a quality mattress protector from the outset.
Exchanging Your Mattress
If you choose to exchange your mattress, any price difference will be adjusted accordingly. Should your replacement mattress be of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, we will refund the difference.
Important Trial Conditions
The 150 night trial is limited to one exchange or return per household, delivery address or order. If you are considering purchasing multiple mattresses, we recommend ordering one mattress initially to ensure it meets your expectations before placing additional orders.
