At Sanctum Sleep, we believe exceptional sleep begins with finding the mattress that feels right for you. Our 150-night mattress trial allows you to experience your chosen mattress in the comfort of your own home, giving you the time and confidence to discover your ideal level of comfort.

All mattresses sold by Sanctum Sleep are eligible for our 150-night trial, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Should your mattress not meet your expectations during the qualifying trial period, you may exchange it for another mattress from our collection or return it for a full refund. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before deciding on an exchange, allowing your body sufficient time to adjust to its new level of support and comfort.

A Second Life Through Thoughtful Giving

Our commitment to exceptional comfort extends beyond your bedroom. Every mattress returned under our 150-night trial is donated to our charity partner, The Salvation Army (Salvos), helping support those in need and giving each mattress the opportunity for a second life.

Complimentary return collection is available throughout metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth.

For customers outside these metropolitan areas, we will endeavour to arrange collection through a suitable local charity. If a suitable collection service is unavailable in your area, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of transporting the mattress to an appropriate charity or a nominated depot in your nearest metropolitan area.

Maintaining the Condition of Your Mattress

To ensure returned mattresses can be donated and enjoyed by someone else, they must be in as-new condition, free from damage, stains, marks, tears or rips.

We strongly recommend using a quality waterproof mattress protector from the first night to help preserve the cleanliness and condition of your mattress throughout the trial period.

Please retain the original mattress packaging for the entire 150-night trial period. The original packaging must be available for use during the return process.

Mattress Exchanges & Refunds

If you choose to exchange your mattress for another model in our collection, any difference in price will be adjusted accordingly.

• Higher-priced replacement: You will be required to pay the difference.
• Lower-priced replacement: We will refund the difference.

If you choose to return your mattress within the qualifying trial period and meet the applicable trial conditions, you will receive a full refund.

Important Trial Conditions

To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all customers, the 150-night trial is limited to one mattress exchange or return per household, delivery address or order.

If you are considering purchasing multiple mattresses, we recommend ordering one mattress initially to ensure it meets your comfort preferences before placing additional orders.

All exchanges and returns are subject to the eligibility, condition and collection requirements outlined in this policy.

Product Care, Warranty & General Information

Care, Maintenance & Warranty Considerations

To preserve the quality, hygiene and longevity of your mattress, we recommend following all mattress care and maintenance guidelines.

Sanctum Sleep reserves the right to decline a repair request where, in its reasonable assessment, a product has been tampered with, misused or physically damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear. This may include damage arising from accidents, neglect, burns, cuts, water exposure, mould, stains, blood or urine contamination, or other unsanitary conditions.

The use of a waterproof mattress protector is strongly recommended at all times to help maintain your mattress in a clean and hygienic condition.

Product Specifications

Sanctum Sleep reserves the right to amend product specifications, materials, finishes and appearance without prior notice, where applicable.

Your Consumer Rights

Any manufacturer's warranty provided by Sanctum Sleep operates in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable state or territory legislation.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
